This week, I would like you to write kindness notes. Use these notes to brighten someones day. Write a special message, draw a picture or just say thank you. Think about all of the people in your life who you could show appreciation to and give them a kindness note! And remember to show kindness to yourself...watch this short story which is all about kindness and self-compassion.

Key Stage 2

Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

This week, I would like you to journal your acts of kindness. Use your journal to record how being kind to others makes them feel and ways you can show kindness to others. Part of maintaining our health and well-being includes doing nice things for others, which makes us feel good too!
