Facilities Hire

Event facilities at the Hatcham Temple Grove are available for hire to individuals or organisations. If you are interested in hiring any of our facilities please download the form at the bottom of this page and return it to us.

The facilities available at the HTG site include:

  • 3G Sports Pitch: 
  • Main Hall. £100.00 per hour, maximum capacity 200 people, 23:00 hours finish.
  • Dining Hall (birthday parties, meetings). Maximum capacity 100 people. £100.00 per hour 23:00 hours finish.
  • Classrooms. £40.00 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours.
  • Tables and chairs provided.
  • No kitchen facilities are available. 

 

Please note that there is an additional 20% VAT to be added for facilities hire. For any bookings of 10 sessions or more, there is no VAT applicable. All facilities available evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
